1. Definitions and Interpretation

1.2 Customer: The entity or individual purchasing film production services from the Seller.

1.3 Agreement: The contract formed between the Seller and the Customer upon the Customer's acceptance of the Seller's offer.

2. Scope of Services

2.1 The Seller provides tailored film production services to foreign companies. Each offer from the Seller is customized based on the services selected by the Customer.

2.2 The Customer must accept the Seller’s offer for the Agreement to be effective. This acceptance confirms the terms, including the specific services and associated pricing.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Payment terms are agreed upon in a separate contract between the Seller and the Customer.

3.2 The Customer agrees to pay the amounts specified in the Agreement according to the payment schedule outlined therein.

4. Project Phases

4.1 Projects may be divided into different phases based on the services selected by the Customer from the Seller.

4.2 Each phase will be clearly defined in the Agreement, detailing the specific deliverables and associated costs.

5. Pricing and Costs

5.1 All prices for a production will be itemized to ensure both parties clearly understand what is included in the offer and what is excluded.

5.2 Any additional costs not covered by the initial offer will be communicated and agreed upon by both parties in writing.

6. Governing Law

6.1 This Agreement and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by the laws of the Faroe Islands.

7. Force Majeure

7.1 Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations under this Agreement if such failure or delay is caused by events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, wars, and pandemics.

7.2 In the event of a force majeure, the affected party shall notify the other party as soon as possible and shall make all reasonable efforts to mitigate the effects of the force majeure event.
